Changes to Appointment System (from 15th May 2023)

We are moving to a fully online process of triaging appointments. This will mean that the receptionist will ask details of your request to ensure that it can be triaged and appointed appropriately.

Depending on the urgency of your request, this may mean an appointment is offered within an appropriate timespan or you may be signposted to other services if your problem can be dealt with via an alternative route.
