Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries as this service is only monitored Monday-Friday, 08:30-18:30.

Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all questions within 2 working days (within opening hours only).

If you do have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling 111. In an emergency please contact 999.

Please note appointments are being conducted via telephone consultation. If the doctor feels you need to be seen face to face he or she will then arrange for this to happen from the call.

We are working in partnership with local community pharmacy to ensure we can offer as many consultation appointments as possible. We will assess the information you have provided via your request for an appointment/advice request along with your health records and it may be considered appropriate for our community pharmacist to provide an NHS consultation service for you. Any concerns raised from this consultation service will be escalated to your GP team in a timely manner.

Video Consultation

Video consultations require you to have a smartphone, tablet, laptop or any computer with camera and microphone or headset. You will also require access to the internet, preferably over WiFi.
