CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT SYSTEM – W/E 15TH MAY 2023

We are moving to a fully online process of triaging appointments.

The receptionist will ask the details of your request and, you will either be asked to complete an online form, or the staff will enter the details onto the website for you. This will then be triaged and appointed appropriately.

This may mean an appointment is offered within an appropriate timespan depending on the urgency of the request and you may be signposted to other services if your problem can be dealt with by an alternative route.
